Design & Construction Standards

The University of Guelph Design & Constructions Standards have been developed to establish the University's minimum expectation and requirements for renovations and new construction on campus. The Standards are based on current Codes and Standards, Industry Best Practices and the University's preferred approach to standardizing design from the perspective of site layout & landscaping, building elevations, space planning, materials and finishes, building performance, accessibility and energy conservation.
