Work Requests
Physical Resources Work Order Desk staff are primarily responsible for entering and issuing demand work orders. These work orders are for normal maintenance and repair work. Staff also enter work orders for cost estimates for potential project work. To request normal maintenance work or an estimate email the Work Order Desk at wo@pr.uoguelph.ca
Examples of normal maintenance, repair work and services include the following:
- air conditioning.
- building maintenance.
- cleaning.
- electrical.
- grounds-keeping.
- heating.
- keys and locks.
- materials handling.
- plumbing/pipe-fitting.
- refrigeration.
