Master Planning
The Campus Master Plan, last updated in October of 2013, describes the history of the Guelph Campus. The Plan also provides guidelines for future development. The guiding and planning principles are as follows:
- environmental quality.
- spatial structure and composition.
- project design.
- movement and associated systems.
- land use locations.
- implementation.
The Campus Master Plan is augmented by an Arboretum Master Plan, Athletic Facility Master Plan, and OVC Master Plan.
The secondary Plans that are approved by the Board of Governors will be integrated into the Campus Master Plan on a five year cycle.
