Custodial Services Scope of Work

Custodial Services currently maintains approximately 5.1 million square feet of floor space in more than 110 buildings spread across our 1,017-acre campus.

We currently have approximately 140 full-time staff and 11 contract staff who provide daily service Monday through Friday. We have a further complement of 18 - 20 student employees who provide priority service on weekends and statutory holidays.
