Project Description:  Graciously funded by Michel Eric Fournelle ('92 graduate of the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management), the Anita Stewart Memorial Food Lab was converted from an antiquated kitchen into a state-of-the-art learning facility which included, a demonstration counter, cabinetry, stainless steel counters, audio-visual, HVAC, fire suppression hoods, lighting, flooring, and refurbished windows. All appliances were donated by Whirlpool. 

Construction Value: $1,350,000.00 

Construction Completion Date: June 2021
